Our decibel meter uses your built-in microphone to measure sound volume in decibels (dB) and also displays samples on helpful graph.
NOTE: Microphones in most devices are aligned to human voice and the maximum values are limited by the hardware. Very loud sounds (~90 dB and more) may not be recognized. Automatic gain control used in some devices may interfere with the operation of this noise meter.

HORRIBLE app, right from the start it wants you to allow access from HUNDREDS of vendors, pushes it's £1.99 fee constantly. Uninstalled immediately

It works... If you accept all cookies. If you refuse, it will result in an endless loop demanding you to accept cookies or pay. Accepting all cookies (legitimate intetest) the app worked as it should. Heading into privacy settings and turning Legitimate Interest off, and once again the app was unusable and demanded cookies or payment. Pretty sure that is not legal in the EU.
