This is easily the worst headphones I've ever had. One of the units doesn't charge past 40%. The app locks up after a few minutes, it fails to update firmware. Just a waste of money
Thank you team for the reply and I hope that it stays that way. Still if you can look for a firmware update to revamp the audio output, that will be great. I also have Soundcore and airpods, which I believe are a good competition for M1+ as well as the touch. But the sound signature.. I love the M 1+ and so I purchased the touch. I find the touch a bit beloring in sound levels and very difficult sensors for touch. Can you guys update the firmware of these and give but more oopmh to the sound.
The app itself is very good and I particularly like the equaliser. My only problem is the right ear bud. I've just taken them out of their case after being fully charged to find that the left one is at 100%, whilst the right one is at 59%? I'd love to hear from someone regarding this issue.
I hope there have some AI upscaling feature in the future, just like Sony DSEE extreme

I was given them 4years ago and they have hever worked properly. The app seems to install but I have to go to playstore every time to open it7 BUT after talking with the company , I was sent another ser of buds which are working very well.Most impressed with the service.
