App stopped working after a few weeks of having it. It seems to just get stuck on the "Neural" screen and thats it. Tried renistalling and the issue is still not solved. Would love to get this app to work cause it was quite helpful when it was functional.
Great app but currently not working on the latest Samsung android update. App doesn't boot up so needs fixing ASAP
Worked for a little while. Now it sits on the first screen/ black screen. I have re installed it many times. I thought maybe it is my phone, so I cleared all the cache, memory etc. Nothing. Would love to have it working.
The app is not working anymore for more than a month (tried to reinstall, clear cache and etc multiple times) and now their web site authentication is not working, I'm unable to login or to recover a new password. The fact that several complaints here were not answered and the problem persists in multiple dimensions, I'm starting to believe that the platform is becoming unreliable
App worked fine for about a week, then suddenly stopped working around the start of second week. Hasn't worked for over a week now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but still won't work. It just sits on the black Neural screen, and that's it. If working, it would be 4star.

Veeeery strange. The app does not open. Very frustrated 😞. Like 2 weeks or more with the problem. I Uninstall and install again and nothing happened.
