app doesn't recognise my player, busily loading cds but cannot make the app work. very disappointed with the system and the purchase.
Poor App. This is the least intuitive App I have used. So many normal functions do not appear to be included, although I have discovered some when my shaky hand accidentally tapped a random bit of the screen. Most of the buttons are too small and so accidentally doing something else is common. The buttons do not have descriptions so these odd shapes have to be memorised. The screen is difficult to read because a lot of the text (Album Name, or Artist) have a font of 4pt and are grey on black
When it works it is great ... But it far too often just stops working unable to find players. Terrible experience. IOs, android, and PC will all lose ability to control devices. Node2i, power nodes, doesn't matter all break. It will randomly start back working sometimes. Devices are on network but app can't see them. I can see Bluetooth on the units and can connect to that but nothing else works. No longer can recommend the app or the devices due to the poor reliability. Unacceptable.
Setup didn't work on Android Pixel 8 Pro, had to use iOS of my wife's phone
Seams like app can be streamlined and simplified a bit, BUT it can connect to every service a feat many high-end streamers can not do. Node is a bit bright so use external DAC and love setup.
I've had ongoing issues with connection. I'm lucky I bought this from a helpful hifi company who've provided support because Bluos have zero customer help. I bought 2 units that have gone back 3 times for repairs and one of them still gives me issues. An expensive and faulty product. Very disappointed.
I can't use the app as there's no connection anymore and the app keeps searching for players. There's no option to add a player manually. It's not the time I want to spend on getting connected... very annoying
