I am post-partum and was referred to use this during my second trimester. To start with it was helpful to have reminders however, about a month or so into using it, the notification reminders stopped working and I would have to keep going into the app but would not always remember so I did not do as much pelvic floor. Later, the notifications would come at random times and then just yesterday it seems to have resolved itself and is sending the reminders again. Really good app otherwise.
this is a great reminder to do the exercises. The fact that you can adjust the length of time for each exercise is good too and allows you to progress.
It's rubbish. I can't register so I can't log on and the help page is as much use as a chocolate teapot
I purchased specifically for the ability to set reminders and follow along, but it Works when it wants to. Notifications were set up when I first purchased the app, now they don't work and when they do, it's at random times. Edit: Issue seemed to have a resolved itself, for now.
really easy way to remember to complete the exercises. The visuals assist with understanding what the exercises are for. couldn't do with out it!
The squeeze app reminds you to do your exercise program, without it it would be to easy to forget to do it, would highly recommend
Hadn't used since installed. Now will not let me in. No password email.
