2. Take photos of your condition and complete a medical intake comprised of a few simple questions about your primary concern, symptoms, medical history, allergies, and any other information that you like to tell us about. This will help the doctor to understand your condition better in detail and provide the necessary treatment to you.

If you have a skin concern, it's cheaper and better than going to urgent care or waiting a month to see a derm in person. They've successfully treated some contact dermatitis I've had occur, as well as some other concerns. Real dermatologist MDs are on staff.

Crashes when taking photos. Crashes when trying to pay with PayPal. Can't set up an appointment at all. Just sent a support email
1) visit cost over 3x what it would have in-person, which I discovered after talking to my insurance. I was misled about what it would cost before I made the appointment (I think- young adult, new to this) 2) doctor misdiagnosed me, gave me prescriptions I didn't need, and when I pointed this out, he essentially said "huh. Weird. You should go see a doctor about that." He did not refer me or assist me in any way. (Dr. Phillip Okhovat) 3) there is no way to cancel an appointment that I can find.
It's legit. Submitted a questionnaire and photos for a dermatology consult. No virtual appointment, info was reviewed in 2 days and diagnose received with prescription sent to my pharmacy. Easy.
