It wouldn't allow cameras and microphone to work even though it had permission. I tried to call your support then the guy was rude and made me repeat myself 3x on everything then said he refused to help me. Elijah was his name
I am using this app for my therapy sessions
Made an appointment, the provider never showed up
Has been quick to see a doctor but occasionally they aren't able to apply insurance and you have to pay the full amount and submit a claim for reimbursement that takes more than three weeks, still not sure when it'll be resolved. For now I'm canceling all appointments until I'm reimbursement for the first claim.
Back before the update when the app worked, I would have given it 5 stars, but now it is fully broken. I have had 3 appointments cancelled, and when I open the link, it says unsupported browser. Go to Chrome...open it in Chrome, and it says the exact same thing. Phone and tablet are both the same, and my PC does not have a webcam or mic. Please fix this as it use to be a great service
Constantly glitches when I try to log in. I have tried typing in my password. But I am bounced to the email part of the log in page at least 4 times before I get into the app. For sick people, this is annoying. I did call support when I first had this problem. I have had a successful visit with the app. I'm not able to get in to a Dr office when I want to, so this is helpful. Just somebody please fix the log in bouncing problems.
Latest major update is trash. Super glitchy.
