I have been forced to have a new care counselor 5 times within a year of using this program. They fire their people all the time. How are you suppose to connect with a therapist if they are constantly forcing you to switch? Not to mention there isn't someone directly to speak to about concerns. Not worth your money
I was unable to find help for a long time but I was thrilled when I found cerebral. The doctors and counselors are great and really listen. I was able to get medication management way faster than if I had went in-person.
Keeps telling me to update ! I have uninstalled several times rebooted as well, still telling me to update. I had this problem last time, and I don't remember what I did to get the update installed.

I had been with Cerebral for 2 years. In those 2 years, they changed my prescriber 4 times. This last time, I asked for an esa letter, which I was denied because I had not established a relationship with my prescriber after going through 4 because they kept quitting the app. Save yourself the money and find someone else. They were decent when I was in a bind, but now the app is glitchy, and the care team changes every 4 months. It's not been a great experience.
