What to expect during your appointment?
After booking your appointment, you’ll be connected to a licensed veterinarian or veterinary technician via video chat.
Similar to an in-person appointment, the licensed veterinarian or technician will ask you questions about your pet and their health history. They may also want to see your pet up-close to better examine them and gather more information about a tentative diagnosis.
The vet will let you know what the next steps are (such as booking an in-person appointment, sending you a prescription, how to treat at home, etc.)

We have used Vetster multiple times for our different animals and I honestly keep waiting for the catch because it seems too good to be true. The level of care and information given by the vets is incredible. From calling in prescriptions to your local pharmacy or sending to an online pharmacy for what we can't get in store here or messaging to follow up on care plans. I really wasn't expecting so much from a vet for such a low price. We have the plus membership and it's totally worth it.
Vet was very helpful and took time to talk about my pet. The app is awful, the video service didn't work. The absolute worse was the pet pharmacy. They didn't have very common meds in stock and just referred me to a 3rd party.
Easy to set my first appointment for 30 minutes out. And customer service was so amazing. He texted me before the appointment and said this particular vet didn't feel comfortable doing something so he reached out to several other vets and changed the appointment and he even refunded me partial because the new vet had a lower rate. The customer service is amazing
absolutely disgrace. They've now grown to be a big corp & could careless about their customers or their animals. After a yr of paying diligently, never missing a payment, they cancelled me from the monthly plan after not advising me there was an issue. I proved I never received the email or it would have been handled & paid for my dog needs the medication desperately. All they offer now is $140 . It may be cheaper in the long run but does people no good if they cannot afford $140 all at once.
App is easy enough to navigate but it has lags and the format gets jumbled in online chat. The vets are great BUT PRESCRIPTIONS are NOT called into a local pharmacy for immediate pick up, they are mailed and took a week. in the meantime, I had to go to ER Vet for immediate help with the gastrointestinal issues for my poor sick dog.
If you ever want to delete your account, Vetster says sorry we decided not to make that an option, but you can write us a letter expressing that you want your account deleted. Scam artists!
