The only issue I have experienced was on the day of my appointment, Livi did let me access the app because the time on my mobile phone was incorrect. However, the day before I was able to download the app, register and book an appointment! Random and stressful and the reason for my 3* review. On a positive note, I have the time auto-update function on my phone and Livi rescheduled my appointment to the following day.😊
Excellent alternative
Good idea in theory, I used this service a couple of times in 2021 and it was good but seems to have gone downhill since then. I had an appointment booked this morning and it got delayed by 2 hours, fair enough. Then assigned to a different doctor, OK. And finally cancelled as there were "no doctors available". Next one I can book is in 2 days time. What's the point if they can just cancel it?
This update improves the booking experience and fixes a couple of minor bugs.
