Top Providers are highlighted in the Garner Health app with a green Top Provider badge and represent the best available doctors near you who are in your network and have appointment availability.
Garner is funded by employers to reduce out-of-pocket medical costs and help employees stay healthy. Results have shown that employees who use Garner and see Top Providers save an average of 27% per episode of care.
Provider recommendations are based solely on independent analysis, not commissions or fees. Garner has no financial relationships with doctors.
My employer uses garner assist with employee benefits and there's no info telling me which doctors are and are not accepting new patients which just wastes time. I called several different locations only to find out the nearest doctors accepting my insurance are 75 miles away.
I've never heard from them one time and got all kinda medical bills to prove they suck don't let them do the same as what you can do!
App doesn't work, cannot upload a document with the app or submit a claim
Garner should not exist as a company. The fact that they do is a poor reflection of the American healthcare system. It's unfortunate that my company decided to use Garner for our HRA. Using Garner over HealthEquity is worse in every imaginable way. The app does a decent job of letting you know which gate kept providers Garner allows you to see.
