No one answers member services phone #. They encourage you to use the app yet the app is always crashing. Health insurance isn't cheap; this is unacceptable.

It's too convenient at times. Is easy too use. Good UI system overall. Pleasing to look at. It does ask for a lot of information at times.
The Accolade app helps me to use and navigate my benefits with ease. It keeps all the information I need in one place. Plus, if there is something I can't figure out on my own, it gives me easy access to my Care Advocates who are always able to help! Finally, the integration of the Virtual Primary (and Urgent) care service, AccoladeCare has made getting to the doctor the easiest it's ever been! That service is just incredible. Fast appointment times, caring doctors, easy prescription submission!
This app is not user friendly for information on my claims or prescriptions. The communication on this app is just plain poor! Managing my insurance and prescriptions and claims is frustrating, to say at the least. Hugh need for more transparency!
The most useless app I've ever used. I hate that my company has switched to this cut rate health care. We can't find doctors using this useless app. It shows locations 50 miles away by default and then gets closer as you scroll down. My own doctor that is in network isn't even listed.
