Do you find it hard to concentrate? Do you feel the need to move constantly or interrupt others? If these issues are negatively impacting your daily life, this could be a sign of ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder). While ADHD symptoms typically begin in childhood, ADHD can continue through adolescence and adulthood.
This ADHD Test is designed to help you screen yourself for the possibility of ADHD. This app uses the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale.
Disclaimer: This test is NOT applicable to children and is also NOT a diagnostic test. Please consult your physician if you are concerned about ADHD.
I found this ADHD test very helpful.
great
Good that it's offline, so you don't need an internet connection. It does what it says: tests you for ADHD and offers you some resources at the end of the assessment.
I think that it is right on the money I have adhd all of my life and was diagnosed as an adult. but my family didn't believe me. I hope this helps them realize a little bit more of the truth. anyway great app. U can even share the results at the end of the test if u choose to. would recommend it to anyone curious or just doubting themselves or for any other reason they may have.
Never told my Dr, all issues I have, several tests done online, have given Adult Adhd, bi-polar, autism, this just given 18/18 for this test, I know it's not a diagnosing tool, but still it's worth keeping in mind
On point
interesting that it didn't incorporate the masking behaviour and instead focused on the childhood diagnosis features. An additional mention of do you feel the urge to or do.... do you control an internal desire to take 'this' action. would help uncover masking behaviours that could otherwise effect correct diagnosis for adults.
