Shame about the paywall
i have been using this app for one week, and i can not explain how free i feel. it is hard work and my anxiety is far from gone but i am learning how to coexist with it and remove its shackles on me! for the first time in my life there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you to the creators of this app, its worth every penny, it's super easy and manageable to use and if you put in the work, it really works.

Although I feel this is a good app them seems to be a great quality. I'm afraid it's too costly. If there was some more affordable plan, I would probably look into subscribing.
