United StatesThis is a plugin for the 'Torque' android app that allows you to overlay a video with your car OBD2 data. Perfect to see how you were driving!
Some features are:
* Watch the video you made with OBD data (speed, turbo boost, rpm as well as other OBD sensors) GPS, Accelerometers overlaid on the video.
* Google Maps semi-transparent overlay so you can watch your position on a map as well as the video at the same time.
* Can record in Hi-Def / HD or Low-def video (an option in the settings).
* USB Camera support - have up to 3 cameras active at once (or use both the front and back cameras on your phone if it supports both being used at once, and a USB camera too!)
* Even if you don't have an OBD2 module, the app can still record sensor information from GPS and the accelerometer on your phone
* Layout the recording dashboard how you want by press-and-holding on the screen.
* Video export to popular apps like YouTube or save them on your Google Drive
* Other uses include as a blackbox video recorder to record your daily drives with looping video recording, at the track/raceway to help improve your skills, or as a recorder to help combat incorrect speeding tickets

OK, I'm trying to get a picture-in-picture view of myself while I'm recording the track video at the same time. I tried to figure out a workround for this. But it just won't allow one app to use the camera and another app to use the camera at the same time. Even if it is the front or the rear so I guess I'm just really trying to figure out how to make that work, and if I need to do something else, any suggestions?
Working fine on Readme Note 8. But can anyone tell me where it stores the recordings? I can watch them fine from within plugin but i want to upload them on youtube. Can find them
Can't find my videos in my files nor can share them, says file format not supported... You can only watch your videos in the app, and not share with anyone...
Amazing just amazing.
Used to be an excellent addition to torque, but now stores video in a non accessible location, certainly on pixel 6 Android 12 or 13. No option to change to sortable suitable location.
Doesn't allow for sharing to other devices. It looks like the Devs gave up. Only work-around is to use screen recorder, then edit that recording. Otherwise this would of been my favourite app ever!!
Have been using this plug in for years and have always found it amazing, there is also not a compairable alternative. However, after the last update I have not been able to locate /move the video file from my phone Galaxy S10. Evey share option from Torque says "file cannot be found" even though I am watching it in the Torque app. The only work around is to play the video and do screen record.
