WinterSun is an MMORPG (multi player online role playing game) with a retro 2d style for Android and is currently being actively improved upon by the developer!
You can run around killing other players or NPCs via PvP, chat to other players using the online chat function and also level up your character, including battling other factions, and do some quests using the new questing system
Winter Sun has large maps to explore and also features dungeons, clans, and different factions. Will you be a druid bent on the destruction of the realm, a knight of the Protectorate charged with rooting out all evil and destroying it, or a Monster causing destruction and chaos wherever you go?!
The MMO will support instances and equip screens (so you can wear armour, swords, etc)
Please note that there may be some bugs whilst it is being developed, and things that don't work. At the moment you can 'chat' to other players and kill things, go inside the shop and buy and sell things (there is no auction house,... yet!)
Feel free to mail suggestions to the developer link on where you want the RPG to go - I have yet to do things like a instance system so there is an opportunity to help sculpt what the game is going to be!
This game is non-functional because the developer doesn't consider it a high priority. He has other projects he is more interested in. Back when the game was up and running, he took it up on himself to delete all our accounts and erase the hours and hours we'd all devoted to his game. I regret investing into his side project. It was a mistake on my part.

Looks like a never finished project to me. For real I have played this game like waaaaay back and it seems pretty abandoned. Missed opportunity, sad.

Game is dead.....Was hard to get my account back and when i finally got it back, (by finally remembering the password instead of it being emailed to me as ive been trying over the years) my account had been completely reset, lost my protectorate and monster from the OG days. Got over that and wanted to play but moving proving to be a bit difficult even when changing from portrait to landscape or even using the old wintersun controls.
