First issues with logging in/registering. Then it worked for a couple rides, then showed info that there is a problem with the vehicle (new Tenere 700) - you couldn't check what is wrong because notification didn't lead anywhere. Now it's not auto starting. Call notifications never worked, all there was, was a bubble" 💬" where you had any kind of unread message on your phone. Why even bother adding Bluetooth connectivity if you can't read the messages, make calls or even see who's calling?
Thank god they don't make their bikes like this
Don't know what has happened to this app but its don't track very well now and data is very inconsistent and for some reason it now loses all the info shame because it was very good but not anymore
Edit #3: once again the app isn't recording distance, current speed, average speed nor the ride taken. All fields are at an absolute zero. This has been happening since last month.
It would be so nice if the app automatically started a ride when my phone connects to my bike. Sadly I miss most if my rides here because I'm too busy gearing up to remember to start it. This severely limits how useful it is. Tracer 9 gt+ I was not allowed to take a picture from the app while recording a ride nor was I allowed to add a pic from my phone gallery after the ride. If this is a permissions thing TELL ME IN THE APP, don't just grey out the camera icon - and lead me to where to fix it
Now the Google login is broken? App support doesn't even respond to emails, no tickets nothing..
Unable to register as I already have an inactive account. The app tells me to re-register with the same email account but it doesn't let me. With a brand new T700 World Raid delighted today I'm not a happy puppy!
