Keep crashing, can't cancel ride which is late by 40 min
Not working properly
Have a bus stop out the front of our house but isn't included in the app collection points. Yet drives past. Useless and a pointless service. Cancelled the community bus for this???
Unreliable
Absolutely atrocious. Unreliable, always make sure you have a backup plan when its a 30% chance the bus will be a no show. WHEN the bus does show up, do not plan to travel during peak hours. Want to make the 8:22 train so you book for 7:50 When it's a 3 minute trip? No worries the bus will rock up at 8:30!! App crashes when you have a booking and too many other people are also trying to use the app. Imagine the clown thought this would be a good idea to have this instead of regular busses...
Never shows available rides
Today is the first time I've tried to use the app to book for a service. The bus seemed to have arrived right on time, but on a different location from the pickup address on the app. We almost gave up on using the service, but thankfully the bus driver decided to drive around the block and we met by chance and board. We then went to the next stop, and the next passenger had the same issue (address mismatch) Overall I think it's a great service just need to fix the address issue.
