They include an estimate of tolls and applicable government-mandated taxes/surcharges based on the estimated route. Any tip amount is applied at the end of the ride and is not included in the Upfront Pricing fare. The fare may be adjusted at the end of the trip for actual taxes/surcharges, tolls and tip incurred. Broken, on Pixel 8XL, generic error message and no ability to log in.
Estimated fare for a ride placed two days in advance was ~$15 under what it actually turned out too be. App would not allow me to tip $0 or 0% digitally (because I brought cash for the driver) and forced me to pay more than I wanted to. End price literally doubled the estimated fare. The GPS location in the pin dropping portion of the service is off. When I was placing the pin on my building, it was changing the address to across the street. App only allows 30 characters to give directions

Cabs don't always come. Sometimes they come when you didn't call for one. Nobody speaks English
exceptionally stupid policy of charging a $3 cancellation fee if you want to cancel your trip because your driver won't make it to your location for 20 MINUTES! the driver also calls me (who I'm guessing accepted the ride in the first place) and asks me if I want to cancel bc it's going to take him so long to get to me, since he won't cancel... UNINSTALL this idiotically designed app now!!!
My account was disabled for no reason while in the middle of booking a ride. No way to regain access
