Great at finding more "quality" tenants/roommates - quality being that Spareroom allows members to verify their identity through Spareroom's system by uploading identification documents and giving a marker to profiles that are verified, and then also because there's a small paywall / time based system in place for interested parties, it forces truly interested applicants/seekers to, literally, put their money where their mouth is if they want to contact an ad poster ASAP.

bulk reply. It’s a way for you to quickly respond to multiple other users if they aren’t suitable for your room/property or if their room/property doesn’t meet your requirements. To keep your inbox manageable and organised, you can also delete those conversations afterwards with just one tap.
Plus, when viewing ads for rooms/properties, you’ll now see a list of ads from the same advertiser at the bottom of the screen.
