MobileControl – control domestic appliances from a mobile device
With MobileControl, you can control all network-enabled Miele domestic appliances quickly and conveniently using your smartphone or tablet. This means you can access your washing machine, dishwasher, or oven at any time and select the program, the start pre-selection or other options, for example.
FoodView – how are things looking in the oven?
A camera integrated into the ceiling of the oven shows you what your food looks like via your smartphone or tablet. If you need to, you can also adjust the function settings on your networked oven remotely via your mobile device.
CookAssist – the secret to perfect roasting results
Miele CookAssist not only helps you to cook the perfect steak, it is also available for a wide range of other dishes. Thanks to the step-by-step instructions in the Miele app, temperatures and cooking durations are automatically transferred to the TempControl cooktop. All you need to do is confirm the settings.
Food Service – order conveniently online
So that you can cook the desired recipe as soon as possible without any great effort, simply order the food you need online directly via a link within the app. To do this, select the recipe you want to cook and a link directs you to online retailers.
ShopConnect – order cleaning products quickly and easily via the app
With ShopConnect, you can conveniently reorder Miele consumer goods and accessories from a mobile device. If your stocks of Miele cleaning products or coffee are running low, you will receive a Push notification. You can then order supplies from the app in just a few clicks.

Demonstration mode – try out the Miele app even without any Miele domestic appliances
The demonstration mode in the Miele app provides a first impression of the range of possibilities for this app even if you do not yet have any network-enabled Miele domestic appliances.

Really poor app, actually makes it difficult to use the dishwasher. Can't run it as it's always updating. The app always has a server error. So far a complete waste of time.
The new app forgot my login. I still get notifications somehow but can't use the rest of the app so I can't stop the beeping of the dryer. I logged in and it forgot my dryer too, so I have to reset that. Even logged in I can't access the recipes, it just shows a login button that doesn't do anything (presumably because I AM logged in).
Very poor app, set up my washing machine 4 times but don't seem to be able to get it to do anything but just display the settings that are on the machine itsel. So far on able to control their apart from being out to turn it off. Also a ready have a dishwasher connected, so why do I need to reconnect the new device to the internet. You can control the dishwasher washing settings fully with the app. But you cannot change the settings, also cannot skip this schedule.
After being forced to download an app to activate extended warranty for my vacuum cleaner (125 Jahre Miele Aktion - 125 Wochen Anschlussgarantie) EVERYTHING went downhill. Couldn't register or login through the app. Created account on the website and tried to login. Didn't work. Downloaded an older version of the app (4.11.0) and logged in with the account that I created on miele.de. After all of that, I could finally activate my extended warranty. Hope that it helps someone. Totally useless.
app does not work as intented. cannot connect washing mashine to app. Most sad of the situation, Miele responded only - it is your wifi problem, without any explanation
The demo option is pretty rad I guess, but I rather progress beyond washing my clothes virtually. But damn, my senseo-coffee machine has a better connection protocol... The set up fails on so many levels: the QR codes are not recognised and the instructions do not match the options on the appliance and all steps are sooo slow :') I managed to get the device connected to the WiFi, but after the device decided to update it failed the set up. And now it's stuck in WiFi limbo...
Each update fixes one issue but breaks 1 or 2
