I didn't realize that 1 in 50 tries was good enough for connecting the lock to wifi. Your app has a serious flaw! It's great after initial connection if you have the patience. I have 3 halo deadbolts and only one is connecting. App won't even populate wifi availability. Garbage
I've used this app for 2 years and new batteries drain from 100% to 60% in less than 2 months, and this is with manual usage. I don't use the keypad or app as I live alone and exit my condo from the rear door to the garage which does not have a smart lock. The smart lock is only used as security and remote access if needed. Also, the app does not have the ability to reconnect to a WiFi without going through the complete setup process, which is very frustrating.
Would make life so much easier if yall had a widget to unlock and lock the doors instead of having to into the app as well
Always freeze when updates the setting.
Completely Broken App.
No low battery notifications, even though their FAQ indicates that there are.
This app is absolutely horrible. Every few months it deletes all users from the account, just randomly, and then nobody can use their code to get in the house...SO FRUSTRATING
