I really like this app but why I can't pay for it, PLS FIX IT!!!!!!
After a month of being attached with it, it suddenly reminded me that it was only for free trial. Then when I tried to pay for it, it says transaction declined. I also tried it with other devices and it still shows the same thing! And what makes it even more frustrating is that even though I backed it up, when I reinstalled it, the data wasn't there anymore 😭 I LOVED THIS APP BUT AAAACKKK!!! THE PAYMENT RUINED EVERYTHINGGGGG IM SO SAD
the appearance and functions are great, but i have to lower the ratings because there's a few error that i think is important to fix when one would want to access the app longer. first, the backup of data won't work. i had my email on and tried multiple times, even with different emails, but it's always says error. second, even if i couldn't backup my data, i overlooked it because i really like the app. however, they won't let me “pay once access forever”. ‘an error occured’. kinda a bum😞
