New update has locked out the management of devices via app and pane.... With current stage this might as well be thrown into trash... On panel it says configure/enable via phone, and phone keeps saying reconnecting to home. Tried with different devices, reinstall of app, on wifi and data (lte) with no luck. Update: Tried to reach the original vender/dealer who installed it and they wanted juciy service charge... Claire confirmed via email that recent updat jacked the panel up.
Change your internet provider and go through labor pains to reconnect this. No support online
Clare flood sensor saved my second floor! I had a water line burst in my pool house on the second floor. The Clarehome system alerted me on my phone and I was able to get there and shut it off with minimal water buildup. Forever grateful - this system saved me thousands in damage since I only go in that house once or twice a week. Everything else works very well. The installer created several automations for me, allowing me to schedule the lights to turn on at night outside.
Easy to use
App hadn't worked for the last few weeks. Keeps saying "Reconnecting to Home", but nothing is happening. I'm sure my panel works and is connected to the internet. Just the app is not working. I put in request through App Feedback like the instructions said, but no response. App and customer service sucks.
The Clarehome app has been failing to work all week(since around 11/6/23). It just stays at the reconnecting to home portion and never logs in. How are we supposed to have a secure home if this app doesn't even open!! This is dangerous and someone needs to fix this ASAP. I might need to cancel our home security plan and everything. I would not recommend Clare home to anyone at this point! Please fix this ASAP!
Everything by this company is trash. Avoid at all costs.
