At first it use to work fine but it started not recording so I changed out the card and it worked for a while now if you try to play a recording it only shows a still picture of 3 images and whenever you go into the app to look at the camera it spins and go up to 80% and never shows live video. On top of it there is no one you can call to repair it smh....actually there is no number.lol

Never, never, never buy these Clare Video Product. Terrible service. Paid $200.00 to fix doorbell after a power outage. Service man took my money, said he would be back & we never saw the Clare service man again! Honestly, BUYER BEWARE!

Worked for a year then developed an error for playback. No idea who to call. internet search on error code gives a network dissertation for a fix. Too much work to be bothered . Came with house and I'll probably replace it.
It backs out often and won't let me log in. And clare home support for actual customers sucks. They cater to vendors only thing is none of the vendors like to use, sell or service clare home products. Even worse now that Snap One bought them out.
Horrific experience! They should remove this app from the Google store for such poor performance.
