Best lock I have tried several
Buggy and deficient. Could not add either of two working Connect wi-fi bridges (one Yale brand, other August) to home WiFi - android app immediately reported failure of bridges to connect without actually passing login information to either bridge after multiple attempts and troubleshooting. IOS version of August app was successful setting up both bridges under same conditions with no other changes. Android notifications are also ~5 min late, rendering security protection alerts useless.
Don't waste your money. Not worthy.
Complete trash. Often can't even connect to the lock.
When it works it is great, but all to often the lock is not connected to the network. The lock and the network connection are in the same room. Occasionally resetting the "connect" device helps but not always. I really expect more for what it cost.
App sometimes doesn't open door Also asking for a rating constantly is very annoying when you are trying to open the door
As a software developer, I have returned everything I bought. This app is beyond embarrassing. Did you deliberately hire the most junior or incompetent team you could? Why?
