It won't let you log into your account even though I set one up at Neos it won't even let you renew it. There is no micro SD port according to the instructions there should be one???
Neos business model down the toliet and thats where this app should go too
Another terrible update. App is has trouble connecting to the camera and the camera had started to miss events. I won't be renewing when the time comes.
Recent update has rendered this impossible to use. It was never great to start with but now app closes as soon as you open it. The 'smart' cam regularly fails to record activity. I've been unable to view live stream for the last 6 months. When querying with their tech support I was told they have an issue with some mobile phones not showing live stream. Nothing has been done to change this. As for their insurance service, prepare to jump through hoops if you need to make a claim. AVOID!
the app works well with most of the equipment. the set up was fast and foolproof. i get notifications with activations quickly and the picture from the camera is excellent. sound from the camera side isnt great but they can hear when i talk through the app. the staff are ridiculously effective and efficient.. they respond within minutes sometimes and they never patronise or try and baffle you with jargon. Edit. Has stopped working. Force closes numerous times then won't load cameras.
Ever since Neos announced they were moving out of home insurance the app has gone AWOL. I get logged out and can't login or if logged in not all sounds or movement detected. Today I walked through area with 3 barking dogs and no detection and overnight our robo cleaner that does get picked up due to noise, movement and ir detectors swept for 2 hours without any detection. I am switching off £2.49 features and would not be continuing insurance even if could. App needs work!!!!!
Auto arming doesn't work, even with battery saving disabled.
