It's a great system for apartments
Terrible , app fails frequently and requires force closing... Often it won't connect and often it crashes completely. Great company but this is a total fail. Please fix it ....it's a let down to otherwise good locks and product
The Engage application - both phone app and website - is quite primitive. It doesn't display much of the information that an admin needs in order to manage even a medium-sized installation. You have to contact support to get something simple like a list of users. We were considering adding more Schlage locks but will now be looking at options for replacing our Schlages with a brand that has better support - and a lower cost! At ~$1,000 per lock I'd expect a better management application.

App doesnt work after update. Please fix
New update on 7/11/23 completely broke the app. Crashes within seconds of opening. The app was working right before the update.
