Need to be updated and fixes - cant adjust the temperature control and get it to save settings
Rubbish - uninstalled it, does not work. It is really good at creating CSV files with no data in them! The Nedis blood pressure device is also hopeless. I hate it. Cannot send data to app, date in US format (fixed), without batteries, everything resets. It could not be less user friendly. Don't go near it! This is my first and now my last experience with a Nedis product.
Editing "automation" & "scenario" is very limited. E.g. it is impossible to move tasks up or down. So in case you need to add a task in the middle you need to delete & re-add everything coming after this new task. Very inconvenient if you have many tasks in the "scenario". Also would be good to be able to have some actions based on electricity price. I understand the price is different in different regions but world is going more in direction of spot price of electricity.
Works with temperature/humidity sensors, but this app is huge for that. It takes over 350 MB.
WiFi smart video doorbell - great when it works but unfortunately since yesterday I can't view live stream or playback, won't work on WiFi or mobile data, keep getting error messages, I've tried everything but to no avail. Motion sensor and chime working but useless if I can't view the video. Really don't want to do a factory reset as it's a pain to set up. Currently waiting to hear from customer service, hopefully they can help. Edit to reply - I haven't received an email today.
A whole eco system is not stable. I bought Nedis motion sensors, door contact sensors and a gateway. I was a way for a while, noone in the house. The motion sensor just kept sending notifications as if 100 people moving in my house. The contact sensors could last 3 months, I replaced the battery and it worked a month more. I bought 3 Nedis wifi switch, I used 1 to turn on my pc while I was away. It just showed that it's offline. The app is lagging because of the weather forecast in the menu.
The support is terrible. I need help with the configuration of the products on the smartlife app, but on the support page asks for the product number. What product number if I need assistence with the app itself? Second, the support robot. Anything I type, it says it can't find the product. I write SmartLife app, nothing. I write application, nothing. I write SmartLife, nothing. The store where I bought all the devices say I have to contact Nedis directly. And no one answers to my message
