You need to buy one if you the landlord
App works reliably but has a couple detracting quirks. First is that the app is unusable if your home Internet connection is down (wall thermostats still work). Second is that it ignores dark mode. If you wake in the night and need to change the temperature, you're presented with a bright white app that can be painful to look at and possibly wake anyone else in the room. Respecting dark mode or at least presenting an appropriately dim interface between sunset and sunrise would most welcome.
Geofence does NOT WORK. It does not properly track when I leave the house and constantly turns the thermostats back to "Home" when no one is in the house. This has wasted so much electricity and put me in the higher bracket for what the city charges me for electricity. FIX THIS PLEASE.
Works exactly as expected. Nice clean interface. Now I can remotely control my heater!
