Using the pixel Android phone, the app does not allow you to set up the Wi-Fi for the device when it gets to that step. No Wi-Fi is being seen. Used an iPhone and the setup procedure worked fine. There is a problem with the app on Android. From what I can tell you cannot set up Wi-Fi. That is why I'm giving it a one star
4 months using app and no issues, easy to understand.
This whole "preload balance" instead of paying by the actual usage used is simply a way for the company to hold your money hostage until you use exactly what is loaded somehow which you probably can't.
