Bad
Not quite sure what to make of the app situation from Lockly. I was able to set up my lock and add users but I am unable to control the lock from the app. I can see the current status of the lock but clicking on the lock button does nothing, just makes it clicking sound inside the app. If I download the other "Lockly" app without the AMZ on the name it will control the lock and seems to have all the same exact functionality? I'm not sure which one to use.
Wasting too much time trying to actually get the app to work and interact with the lock. App is so inconsistent and very unreliable, however I do love the lock and its features. Once you are fortunate enough to get the lock programmed and configured, it works satisfactorily when offline, but be prepared to spend an inordinate amount of time if you have to make any changes.
Currently trash... I just bought the Secure Pro and installed it. Lock is fine, but you can't even lock and unlock the door with the app - the big button on the home screen of the app and the sole purpose of the button. Adding users, fingerprints, etc. all work fine. But not even being able lock/unlock remotely completely defeats the purpose.
