I have use the hub for 3 years now. I find the detailed daily energy usage interesting and browse it about once a month. None of my smart device can be found, I guess they are the wrong brands. My Energy score is always disappointing and poor when we have spent thousands on heat pumps, insulation, new appliances, and new windows. Notifying me energy usage is more than usual when it's very cold out is comical.
Does not work consistently. This is my second time having to reinstall in order to have my daily usage updated.
App hasn't updated my usage in nearly two weeks(now three weeks). When I could see my usage it wasnt correct. No one is awake at 2am for it to spike the way it did. EDIT: After 3 weeks of waiting for it to update, I will be uninstalling this app... At this point it's dead weight in my phone.
Provides limited useful information, but stopped getting new data last week. Taking a Christmas holiday?
unreliable monitoring
I have been using this app and the BC HYDRO Power Smart Energy Bridge since the program started. It has more or less worked well for most of the time until the last couple months. For what ever reason it's connection between the app, energy bridge and the wifi keeps disconnecting. This is very, very frustrating. I have to constantly reboot the energy router. Possibly, the last tweek to the app has only made it worse!!!!
