tried lots of other programs like allen carrs easyway.but this one i found way better.the five day support post your quit day is so vital.which is missing from most other programs.this isnt just some random helpful tips for craving kind of section.the videos for each day after quitting specifically address issues that come up each day over time during the adjustment period.I HAD STOPPED SMOKING FOR SEVERAL MONTHS EARLIER TOO BUT ALWAYS FELT LIKE GOING UPHILL.THIS TIME IT FEELS SO CHILLED OUT!
So glad SSI2H is back in the app store! Jason Vale is a great motivational speaker with an excellent perspective on the nicotine trap and thought processes on how to overcome it. Personally, I've used his program twice b4 (successfully quitting up to 3 years), & now a third, due to relapse. But every time he's made it easy and even enjoyable with his bedtime subconscious sleep hypnosis. If you have a sound mind and really want to quit, i highly recommend his program!
I highly encourage everyone to try Jason's program. It only takes 2 hours, and it really works. I did it a few years ago and have since been recommending it to everyone. I didn't believe it was possible before giving it a try, but it is. You need to come with an open mind and you'll be surprised. I used to smoke 3 packs a day, and I was able to stop right away. 2 days later, I had to take a 13-hour flight and didn't bring a single cigarette. It was the best flight I had in a long time.
This makes it so easy! One week after listening and I haven't touched a cigarette. This is all about understanding how smoking works and Jason explains it perfectly.
