love this! great warm ups, cool downs etc, more than just a rowing workout, which helps keep me on track.
easy to understand
This app does require a subscription.
Need an area for beginners which shows correct form..... also seems to be not much in the way of rowing exercises. Other routines include Tabata etc which is great but not what I was looking for in a rowing app.
Great idea, but not worth subscribing to yet. I gotta appreciate a solo developer, so here's my two main pieces of feedback: - There's no settings or place to adjust the experience. At the very least I was looking for a way to choose what audio played during a workout - sometimes there was a metronome tick between rows, but it wasn't consistent. - The beginner plan talks about helping use proper technique, but there's no info. They don't even explain "recover" vs "catch" in the display.
Functional. Really like the additional daily warm up, cool down and core exercise suggestions. I use those sometimes for suggestions even on days I don't row.
simple and effective. very user friendly.
