Best App for home workout with resistance belts..🔥🔥
Please add FOREARMS and LATS and ABS resistance band exercises in the custom and regular workouts! THX! *Also Please add option in settings to open (directly to Workout section) and also ability to (sort) the Challenges! *By the way...Yhe reps of the character compared to the count is a little off sync. For example 2 reps are counted as one, et cetera.🎃👍
This is a modified review: I have been using for 2 weeks. Works pretty well but has a few quirks. When editing a workset there is no scrollbar so once you click on an item you can only move or edit that item. There seems to be no way to adjust time between excersizes. Most dont require 30 seconds You cant change / edit name of an excersize( right side vs left side) Voice counter seems to echo. Otherwise it works well. I would definitely reccomend this app.
The latest version contains bug fixes and performance improvements.
