Fantastic breathing app
This app is just Awesome, it's prefect with it timed intervals , which can be customized to your needs. At this time I'm using the free version and would take into consideration to purchase, if only the play and pause bottoms were larger, I don't use my glasses when I practice because they are uncomfortable, if only they were more conspicuous.
I am trying out your app and am unsure of what "sustain" means after an exhale. Could you please explain? Does it mean hold or keep breathing out? I guess it is the former, but just wanted to make sure. Thank you.

Great app with various breathing exercises including relaxing, clear mind, de-stress and more. Watching the animation as you control your in breaths and out breaths makes it really easy to follow the exercises. Highly recommended for anyone looking to increase their presence in the present moment.
I am pretty convinced that it calms me and also helps me reach points in breathing that I may never have touched before. I am not a doctor but overall I feel happy after using this app
