Excellent App. Training Made Easy.
I have been using the App for a few months now. I particularly like that it reminds you what sessions are coming up, if you have planned one that is or if you haven't done a ride asks you if everything is OK. The screens are easy to navigate, and the screens to show progress against goal are great. I also like that it analyses your weekly progress and updates you on where you have got to. It has freshness feature which is easier to consume compared to Strava. Innovative App, go try it.
