I love UNMC, they have been caring for me for nearly 27 years. The only concern that I have is, when they started expanding the patient service and billing departments started showing signs of negative care. It is now harder to get answers/ rapid response from nurses and doctors (I don't thnk fault is on the doctors). Also the billing department has become too complicated in my opinion. It almost seems like the hospital is now more interested in money and less on patient service and care leve
