No. All you need is your jump ropes, this app, and enough space to jump no gym required. But for some crossfit style workouts, you will need kettlebells and barbells which are optional.

ATTENTION POSSIBLE FUTURE DOWNLOADERS! THIS APP MAY NOT BE FOR YOU! I searched for hard mode, but it gave me the easiest exercise I've ever done in my life. why is the hardest trick a double under as well. this app does not help in muscle building and weight loss. if you want to improve your skipping ability, please do not use this app. it is a scam. even the animations are bad. it isn't even a human guiding you. PLEASE IMPROVE THE ANIMATIONS AND ADD SOME TRICK LEARNING TUTORIALS.
