Currently 3 days in without being able to use my membership, which I've paid for. Customer service is ridiculously slow to reply and offer next to no support.

Very user unfriendly. Does not have any perks like other apps do to monitor progression. Diet section only takes grams with no conversion. Work outs have constant glitches. Also workouts have some random specific machines that not all gyms have. Just all around user unfriendly. For 30 dollars a month I expected more.

Very informative. I heard of this app on YouTube, so I decided to give the app a try. I think everything that they provide in this app is allstar, and if you have no idea where to start, give this app a try. I just have a suggestion to make my overall experience better. First, I use plantet fitness and their machines, so maybe a section where I can log my workouts and have the algo help me with the reps and sets. I have a routine but would like to have consistent sessions.

The app is interesting for what it does but none of the videos for execution examples work for me. The way it works is it's a platform for trainers to post their training regiments (not what I expected going in) also you can still keep track of your weight lifting progress. It's also a bit expensive for my 3rd world salary (about the same as the gym membership) and it doesn't seem worth it for me.

good content but app and website need some serious UX attention

I started a 7 day trial and wasn't happy with the app so I canceled on the last last. The next day I was charged $250 and emailed them several times to see why. I have gotten no response at all and when I log in it says I have no membership. So I paid $250 for nothing. If you want to charge an astronomical amount you should at least have good customer service.
