I've tried countless workout apps, and this is definitely my favorite. Good collection of exercises, the ability to select just the equipment I have, automatic rest timer after finishing a set or superset, and the AI plan generation make for an excellent overall app. The only thing I wish was different would be having the rest timer notification on my watch when it's over. Currently, the app will give a notification "Let's go" a minute after a rest has completed which is less helpful.
Great for tracking progression, and planning new programs. Progressive overload suggestions are super helpful.
Awful UI. Shouldnt be hard to edit a workout. Waste of time.
Good app. The only problem is that there is no audio alarm on timer.

Best hypertrophy app I've used. a few things I'd like to tweak but all in all it's super!

• The exercise history tab now displays your best performance (e.g. highest weight and best 10RM).
• You can now add custom exercises with the metric Weight and Duration (e.g. Weighted Planks).
• You can now change the rest timer to any duration, not just in 15s increments.
