Love this app! So easy to use and motivates me to workout. New programs often that are easy to follow. Food diary better than myfitnesspal. Love the period tracker and community so I can talk to other women!
I have enjoyed Grounds so much in the 3 weeks that I joined. The community is amazing and the coaches truly do cheer you on. It's helped me with building consistency. My only ask is that it eventually have the ability to sync with Fitbit since that's what I have for steps and heart rate tracking. This app is very user friendly and it has everything! I like the work out videos and they are easy to follow.
It wouldn't always show the exercises.
Love this App and the workouts. I used it for about a week and ran into some $ problems and had to cancel and get a refund. It was no issue! Now I'm back a couple months later and beyond excited to feel better again. That was the best week of my year when I started. I felt so good and light and active. I love the little animations with detailed descriptions of how to do the workouts!!
