I have been trying to cancel this membership and it is kind impossible in the studio they told me have to do it by email and then I did it send still they are charging me try to don't through the app and there is a space to cancel membership I press on it and they say I have to call and cancel I'm very disappointed

Right now it's stuck. I can't do anything on the app? App still gets stuck. It's stuck right now. From mot of the reviews whoever owns PB . Needs to get a clue and either change the app or don't use it.. paying a lot of $$ to work out at PB and this app is a KMart special. 4/21/24
