Notes: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
Garmin Connect needs SMS permission to allow you to receive and send SMS text messages from your Garmin devices. We also need call log permission to display incoming calls on your devices.
As a long time lover of the app it's so disappointing to see the recent upgrade degrade the interface so negatively. Wake up Garmin management and reverse your mistake before it's too late!
Awful update - my device won't connect - completely useless
New update April 24 keeps losing connection to my fenix 7. Despite reboots ant update checks. Bring back the old app.
I use to scroll down and see everything, I would like my old version back.
The new platform update is terrible and not user friendly. Pleading to Garmin to revert back to what wasn't broken.
You used to be able to simply open it and scroll through your data. Now it take multiple clicks and swipes. It's horrible, confusing and inefficient. I cannot understand how they thought this "update" was a good idea.
I really really despise this new update, the interface is awful, my sleep data missing, stress data missing, hrv data missing. this new update is disaster, I'm considering to sell my forerunner 165 if my data keep missing like this. it sucks
