Thereafter, you can cancel your subscription 24 hours before the end of the period and continue using the food tracker and community forums for free. Alternatively, you can purchase a monthly or annual subscription that will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase to access our full features.


Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your account settings on the App Store.

Sometimes it logs workouts, only sometimes. I reported this, they told me it's fixed, still get the same thing. Finish workout get the end page but it's not logged, notes, weights reps are lost. What's even the point of putting the effort to keep track of workout?

Nearly all the fitness programs still require access to the gym. Hard to do from a home gym setup.

This app has so much potential, however in it's current state it is unusable for daily workouts. For the third time, my data has been erased, and my entire 4 week workout block has been input with data and random information. This has thrown off the entire block multiple times now. I cannot finish a single week plan. Each time I have submitted a ticket, each time there is no response. The app constantly says "be back in 2 days" for support. It has been over a month. No contact. No support.

I like the programs, but I have consistently had issues with the app not recognizing my subscriptions and locking me out. Support is very slow to respond. So, I often am unable to use something I am paying for, which is a bummer.

I have twice now made payment for the app where the app does not recognise that i have paid for the subscription. I just tried to contact support about this for the second time and the system says "we will be back in two days". So that's an issue not being fixed and also 4 days this month without even having access to the subscription I have paid... Very disappointing.

Don't get caught with the advertised price! They charge you through a US billing service. I thought I was subscribing to an Australian company (which they are), in Australian dollars, until I noticed my bank account was charged in US dollars. 34% more than advertised. Read the fine print people, it's at the very bottom of the terms & conditions ;) Oh and the app is ok, way too many programs for the average gym goer though. You'll use about 5-10% of the features.
