A search function would be very helpful
I was way too quick to take Freelitcs up on their "special offer" This app is sub standard. There seems to be no way to choose a eating path it's basically choosing their idea of a "diet" Meal planning for a week and shopping lists are useless and simply not possible. Rather look for something else. Oh and LCHF is just not an option. This app and service have gone down drastically over the years. it's sad really.
I was to fast going for buying this. This app didn't change at all since long time ago. I would expect that there is recipe for pre workout meals synced with Training app so it can tell you what to eat before training starts, but nothing there. List of recipes and ingredients is huge, which requires a lot of time for prep and big budget. Not happy at all.
How am I supposed to order such particular dishes every day?
Used this app years ago and enjoyed it. Decided to give it a go as it tells yous what do eat and saves you having to think too much. I opted for vegetarian and the recipes have been awful. Some good but there's only so much cottage cheese and yoghurt a person can consume. I've given up after 3 days. It won't let me choose alternatives. I must have eaten 4 courgettes in two days. There are other vegetables! 400g or yogurt for my breakfast? Thats half a tub! No thanks.
I'm a Freeletics user for several years, during this time I saw many improvements in Freeletics training app, however the Nutrition app still the same, and it needs a complete rework otherwise it should be discontinued. The app has no personalized configuration, no fasting chronometer, no tracker, no use AI. It's obsolete.
I'm a bit disappointed with this app. It's not worth getting. You can't save your favorite recipes and there is no search bar in case you were looking for a recipe with a specific ingredient. All you can do, when you see something you like, is add the ingredients in your shopping cart. It offers nice suggestions and the recipes are clear but still is lacking that personal touch.
