Uninstalled. Would give a zero star. It basically a useless app if you not pay for subscription. And there not even a trial usage. Should open for trial version. Atleast 3 days or even 1 day is enough. So people can check it out is it a good app or just a scammer apps, only then we willing to pay for subscription. Im not gonna pay something that i cant even see what tools or function do you have inside the app.

Don't waste your money on this. Paid for 12 months but the app is very basic and a big disappointment. There is why this app doesnt offer trial period. Core exercises can be found in youtube which is free. Tracking of calories is difficult. The other app (free) which I'm using allows direct scanning barcode to input calories. The fasting is nonsense. The recipes are boring and difficult to prepare.

On the instagram advertising, it showed asian(chinese food) recipe. But after download the app and sign up, there is none.all western food recipe only. Disappointing.
