The main sleep audio each night is the same and you can get this for free on YouTube. App doesn't run well on android 13 complete waste of £7.99 very poor value contacted developer but they are not interested, don't bother!

This app delivers! The trance portion is very cool, very effective. The software is a little clunky but it does not diminish the effectiveness of the app. Good investment.

This isn't really helping my sleep at all, though I have been following the "rules" religiously. Also, how one is supposed to keep the bed "boring"by not watching exciting tv programmes or whatever, but you can "make love"?? Well Mr McKenna, YOU may find that boring but I don't! To be honest, I feel conned. I paid £7.99, and I've got a 20 minute trance session that is identical to the one I've been listening to for weeks on youtube for free! And a couple of minutes bleedin obvious "rules". Con.

He says in one of the daily videos that if you wake during the night, use the session called 'how to get back to sleep'. There is no session called how to get back to sleep.
