I used cd and book for this years ago and it did work (tried short term) . Sadly although I started to think about food differently almost straight away the app crashed on day 3. I reloaded and had to start again only for it crash on day 2. The app froze and could not skip yo the menu or anything, so pretty useless as an app.

I have lost 17 lbs so far but don't even feel like I have been on a diet. It wasn't the fastest weight loss but it just came off with no effort so easy to keep going.

Half the time, this app doesn't work. The buttons must be there strictly for decoration.

Only meant for people with traditional schedules. I do shift work and the app won't let me input my correct bedtime, lunchtime, etc. That means I can't do the steps at the time that I need to do them. That makes the app kinda useless
